The Nespresso Momento 100 is the mid-range single-serve capsule machine in the Nespresso Professional lineup — a step up from the Zenius in both capacity and interface sophistication, while still running on standard 120V power. It replaces the LED button interface with a full-color touchscreen, adds capsule recognition technology that identifies inserted capsules and displays flavor notes and intensity, and supports 30 cups per day for teams of up to 100 employees. It is the first Momento model to include touchless brewing via proximity sensor.
